Meet The Team

Alan is the Founder & CEO of Team Murph. He has been with Domino's for 40 years and founded Team Murph in 1987. Alan is a History buff & an airplane fanatic.

Mike is the President of Team Murph. He has been in the pizza industry for over 19 years, starting his career as a delivery driver while in college, and has been with Team Murph since 2019. Mike loves spending time with his family, and at the baseball fields.

Erick is 1 of 2 Directors of Operations in Texas at Team Murph. He has been with the Domino's brand for 14 years, and with Team Murph since 2021. When Erick isn't grinding at work, you can find him grinding at the poker tables. Erick has made a sellable pizza in less than 19 seconds! Catch him in a store and challenge him for a pin!

Pat is 1 of 2 Directors of Operations in Texas at Team Murph. He has been with Team Murph for 20 years. Pat started as a driver and worked his way up to Director of Operations in 2022. His Favorite quote is, “If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself.” Henry Ford

Jeff is the Director of Operations for our Nashville Market. He joined Team Murph in 2018 as a District Manager and promoted to his current role in March of 2022. Jeff has been in the pizza industry for 25 years. When he’s not working in the pizza world, you can find him with his wife and 4 children, or out working on his farm.

Sherri is the Director of Human Resources for Team Murph. She joined Team Murph in September of 2017. Previously, she was the HR Manager for a Wendy’s Franchise with 256 locations in 6 markets. Sherri enjoys spending time with her two granddaughters, scrapbooking, 9-pin bowling, and playing the guitar.

Bryce is the Director of Operations Support with 24 years of experience. He started his career with Domino's as a delivery driver working his way through college. After graduation, he entered into the Management Training Program. With Domino's, he has held the positions of Manager, Supervisor and Director of Operations.

Stephanie is the Chief Financial Officer for Team Murph. She joined Team Murph in April 2025. Previously, she was the CFO/Partner for the San Antonio Jason's Deli Franchise. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Russell and daughter, Eleanor. Her hobbies include running, watching true crime shows, and cheering on her beloved TCU Horned Frogs.

Key Moments in Team Murph Growth:

1988: Purchased first store in the college town of San Marcos, home to Texas State University and its 23,000-plus students.
2001: Purchased 18 stores in San Antonio, TX.
2007: Expanded to include locations in the surrounding cities of Floresville, Castroville, and Pleasanton, TX.
2015: Purchased 20 stores in Nashville, TN, and built 5 stores.
2021: Purchased 5 stores, and built 1 in Nashville, TN.
2023: Added 15 stores in TX, spanning from Boerne, out east to Austin, and north to San Angelo. This acquisition puts Alan at 105 stores and positions him as North America's 9th largest Domino’s Pizza franchisee.
